Data Handling

While you fill out a Submission, your answers are stored only in your browser on this device. Field values are not transmitted to Labs before you intentionally submit.

The submission screen shows a “Saved on this device” state with the time of the last save. You can clear the draft at any time using the Clear draft control in the submission toolbar, which removes it from this browser.

Because drafts live in your browser, they are not available on your other devices, and clearing your browser storage deletes them.

The valuation calculator runs in your browser. In standalone mode, your inputs and results are not public and are not sent to Labs unless you explicitly attach them to a Submission or submit from the integrated flow.

Calculator values are excluded from analytics, session replay, logs, and error reports.

Private handling is not the same as an NDA. Do not enter trade secrets or other protected information at this stage.

When you submit, your information is routed to authorized Labs reviewers and to service providers supporting the review. It is not publicly listed and is not shown to other submitters.

Private handling does not create an NDA. An initial Submission is not received under a confidentiality agreement. If an Opportunity advances, the parties may establish a separate confidential process.

Attaching materials is optional. Provide only non-confidential material you are authorized to share without an NDA.

Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, PPTX, PNG, JPG. Per-file limit: 25 MB.

Do not attach trade secrets, source code, model weights, private keys, credentials, customer or employee personal data, privileged material, export-controlled information, or protected third-party material.

Labs does not use Submission Content to train generalized public models, and does not permit third-party providers to use Submission Content to train their generalized models.

Automated tools may be used solely to secure, organize, search, summarize, or route a Submission for review, subject to access controls and human oversight. No automated system issues an acquisition acceptance or rejection, and no automated output is presented as a Labs valuation.

You may share your own assumptions, calculator output, and the fact that you submitted an Opportunity.

You may not state or imply that an output is a Labs valuation, appraisal, offer, endorsement, acceptance, or commitment.

Drafts: This device only (browser storage). Never transmitted before you submit.

Submissions: Submission records are retained while an Opportunity is under consideration and afterward only as needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, evidentiary, and recordkeeping purposes.

To correct, withdraw, or request deletion of a Submission, email acquisitions@labsacquire.com with your reference number. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@labsacquire.com. A request is not effective until received and reasonably authenticated.

Labs may retain records as needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, evidentiary purposes, and backup cycles. Withdrawal does not restrict Labs’s independent activities.
